Staff made this hotel perfect! Truly some of the nicest people. From the moment you enter, all staff members are very welcoming and accomodating. Housekeeping staff were excellent and very kind as well!

Shelly at the away spa is such a. Breath of fresh air! I had an Aescape aka robot massage and it was amazing! You can select the pressure and type of message. I loved it!! My knots are gone. Shelly is amazingly hospitable and I will be going back!

My favorite hotel in Scottsdale. Denise/Brian (managers) and their staff always go above and beyond to accommodate guests’ needs and make guests feel special. The rooms are clean and stocked with everything you could need. And the location is unbeatable - walking distance to Fashion Square/Old Town, etc. Can’t wait to stay here again during my next Scottsdale trip!

I travel often and have stayed at many hotels, but the level of customer service I received from Denise, the welcoming manager at the W Scottsdale, was truly unmatched. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel right at home with her warm and genuine hospitality. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience was special and memorable. On top of that, I found out we both share a love for the San Francisco Giants, which made the conversation even better. It’s rare to feel such a personal connection while traveling, and Denise absolutely delivered that. When I return to Scottsdale, the W will be my first choice—though I’ll definitely be checking to make sure Denise is there. She’s a true gem and a perfect example of what world-class hospitality should feel like.

Loved our experience it was so nice! I myself got the facial massage along with my aunt and cousin. My mother and other cousin did a 30 min massage. Everyone LOVED their experience and time! The staff was nice, accommodating and well informed. High recommended.

Not even sure if a review is necessary. This hotel was top notch! From the parking garage to the room, everything was high end and excellent. This maybe the only Horel I choose from n9w on.

The W Scottsdale is everything you want in a luxury hotel — stylish, energetic, and perfectly located. From the second we arrived, the vibe was top-tier and the entire staff made us feel like VIPs. But the real highlight of our stay was the over-the-top customer experience Sam Johnson provided. Sam went above and beyond in every way — attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests have an unforgettable experience, and he absolutely delivered. It’s rare these days to get service that feels that personal and that exceptional. Between the atmosphere, the comfort, and the service, this stay was a home run. If you’re staying at the W Scottsdale, do yourself a favor and ask for Sam Johnson — he’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back again and again.

I would like to personally thank Huberto for the outstanding service he provided during our convention at the W Scottsdale. His level of professionalism and attention to detail were truly top-notch. He made our entire team feel welcome and well taken care of, to the point where it genuinely reinforced our desire to return to this hotel for future events. We got in early, 9am. The staff did everything they could to get a room for all 3 parties that were early. Got two of us rooms immediately and only took about an hour to get the third room ready. Bar Staff at the pool and downstairs bar …
